This is a plain-language draft for the Prima website. It will be reviewed and replaced by a full privacy policy before the pilot opens. It is not legal advice.

What this website collects

Nothing, by itself. This website has no cookies, no analytics, no advertising and no scripts from other companies. It makes no requests to other websites.

The hosting company

The site is served by Cloudflare. Like any web host, it sees the technical details needed to deliver a page, such as your internet address and the page you asked for.

If you contact me

If you message me on WhatsApp or by email, I will see your number or address and what you wrote. I will use it only to answer you and to tell you about Prima. I do not sell it or share it. If you ask me to delete it, I will.

The waitlist

The waitlist form is coming. It will have its own notice that says exactly what is collected, why, and how long it is kept, and it will ask for your agreement before you send anything.

The Prima app and patient records

That is a separate matter. Patient records stay on the clinic's own phones first, and the app has its own privacy notice for patients. Before any real patient data is used, Prima goes through a data protection review and a clinical review.
